The Open Minds providers offer, through partnership, collaboration, emotional wellbeing and metal health resources and services within and for Calderdale children and young people (CYP). This includes supporting CYP and families who are seeking a referral or accessing assessments for neurodevelopment (autism/ADHD). Northpoint services as part of Open Minds include: First Point of Contact, Getting Help and Mental Health Support Teams. Contract Term - 1st April 2025 - 31st March 2027. Lot 1: The Contract Authority; NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board intends to award a contract to an existing provider following Direct Award Process C. The authority is publishing this notice in Find a Tender in accordance with the NHS Provider Selection Regime.
