Abschluss einer kombinierten Bauleistungs- und Haftpflichtversicherung zum Projekt Campus Handwerk Lot 1: Die Handwerkskammer Halle (Saale) plant den Neubau des Campus Handwerk Halle, Straße der Handwerker 2, 06132 Halle (Saale). Das Bauvorhaben umfasst einen Neubau der Hallen A-I einschließlich der Außenanlagen sowie die Modernisierung des vorhandenen Internatsgebäudes. Für alle am Bau beteiligten Unternehmen (Bauherr, Bauunternehmen, Architekten, Ingenieure, Projektsteuerer etc.) soll eine kombinierte Bauleistungs- und Haftpflichtversicherung abgeschlossen werden. Die Gesamtbaukosten werden derzeit auf ca. 33 Mio. EUR inkl. Umsatzsteuer beziffert.
