The Boiler House (Boiler system) at the Lichfield campus requires an upgrade. Remove current Boiler and systems (plus remove from site). Install new Boiler and system. As per Appendix A in the Tender Document. Lot 1: To upgrade the Boilers - Strip out the redundant heating boilers and pumps and remove from site. Replace (Upgrade)with a new Boiler and systems.
