The Birmingham Cultural Humility and Safety Training Pathway This work has been split into two key strands - Cultural Intelligence and Cultural Humility and Safety. i. Cultural Intelligence focuses on the strategic and leadership approaches to cultural inclusion, fairness and respect at a population or strategic level. ii. Cultural Humility and Safety focuses on person-to-person interaction and cultural fairness, inclusion, and respect between two people, whether as client and service provider, peers or employer and line manager. The awarded supplier(s) will work with the Council's public health to define metrics for measuring impact on skills, knowledge, qualities, and behaviours in staff using the framework (attending training) and those who are not. The evaluation audience will mainly include project staff, training organisations, service users and volunteers. The contract(s) will be for a duration of 14 months commencing 1st May 2024 until 30th June 2025.
