Das Landesamt für Digitalisierung, Breitband und Vermessung Bayern liefert mit den SAPOS® Diensten flächendeckende GNSS-Korrekturdaten für die Positionierung im amtlichen geodätischen Raumbezug in Bayern. Zu den Aufgaben des LDBV zählt nach Art. 1 des VermKatG außerdem die Unterhaltung des Höhen- und Schwerefestpunktfeldes sowie die Aufnahme des Landesgebietes. Für diesen Zweck werden 5 Stück GNSS-Rover-Systeme für Einzelpunktbestimmungen (Aufnahme und Absteckung) unter Nutzung der SAPOS®-Dienste HEPS und GPPS benötigt.
