This contract is for the Council's Customer Contact Centre Cloud Platform (Genesys CX3) It is being awarded following a further competition under Crown Commercial Services Framework RM6116 Network Services 3 - Lot 4c, Contact Centre Services. The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for a period of 2 further years.
