Description
The Middlesbrough 0-19 Healthy Child Programme is an integral part of work around Public Health South Tees’ key aim of ensuring all Children and Young People in South Tees have the Best Start in Life.. The programme supports children and families from the antenatal period through to adolescence (or up to 25 years for individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disability).
