Description
Bristol City Council and partners are undertaking the Mission Net Zero Project as part of the Innovate UK Net Zero Living Pathfinder Places - Demonstrator programme. The Mission Net Zero Project requires development and implementation of a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) framework to enable project outcomes, to be assessed as the project progresses and in the 5-10 years following completion of the project. This will include monitoring and evaluation of the impact of the project on progress towards decarbonisation, investment in net zero, and alignment to the principles of the Bristol Just Transition Declaration. This framework is to be implemented by a consultant to be appointed via Constellia's Neutral Vendor System. Interested bidders are asked to email Stuart Hinde with relevant case studies.
