Der Landtag von Baden-Württemberg möchte mit dieser Ausschreibung zu Schulungszwecken und als Wissensdatenbank ein Lernmanagementsystem (Lernplattform) beschaffen, welches als Cloud-Lösung für eine Laufzeit von 48 Monaten inkl. Support zur Verfügung gestellt werden muss. Zusätzlich zur Bereitstellung der Lernplattform müssen Beratungsleistungen erbracht werden, um einen erfolgreichen Einsatz des Systems zu gewährleisten. Ziel der Ausschreibung ist es, für alle Mitarbeitenden im Landtag von Baden-Württemberg alle für die Aufgabenerfüllung notwendigen Lerninhalte in einem zentralen System zu hinterlegen.Mit den zu erbringenden Beratungsleistungen müssen gezielt Maßnahmen ergriffen werden, die die Verwendung der Lernplattform in den Fokus rücken. Ein besonderes Augenmerk gilt dabei der Rechtskonformität der Lernplattform.
