Nottingham City Council (hereafter 'the Authority' or ‘the Council’) is seeking tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified contractors or individuals to establish and operate a café within its new Central Library, as well as provide catering for events and activities held in the Library. The Authority’s detailed requirements are defined in the Specification and associated documents.
