TfW intends to issue a tender for the provision of a comprehensive range of commercial land & property real estate services including (but not limited to) valuation, agency, lease advisory, transactional, planning and business rates. Details of the full scope of services can be found in the tender documents once they are issued. The purpose of this PIN notice is to alert the market to the upcoming opportunity and ensure that interested suppliers look out for the notice once published. The provisional timetable for the procurement is listed below: Issue of ITT – Late May 2024 Tender Deadline – June/July 2024 Contract Award – August 2024 Contract Start Date - August 2024 TfW is not bound by the above dates, and they may be subject to change.
