Der Auftrag umfasst die Werksinstandsetzung von verschiedenen Baugruppen diverser Wiesel Systeme.Eine Verpflichtung des AG, Einzelaufträge zu erteilen, wird durch diesen Vertrag nicht begründet.Die Vertragslaufzeit beginnt mit Zuschlagserteilung und endet am 31.12.2025.Wenn der bestehende Vertrag zwischen der HIL GmbH und der Bundeswehr, egal aus welchem Rechtsgrundendet, kann die Rahmenvereinbarung durch ein Sonderkündigungsrecht beendet werden.Des Weiteren behält sich der Auftraggeber eine optionale Verlängerung der Rahmenvereinbarung bis zum 31.12.2026 vor.
