Description

The procurement concerns a framework agreement for service and maintenance work on the Institute of Marine Research's (hereafter called the contracting authority) research vessels in both Bergen inner harbour and Tromsø harbour. Two framework agreements/sub-contracts will be signed for service and maintenance work on the contracting authority's vessels. One framework agreement will be signed for vessels in Bergen inner harbour, and one framework agreement for vessels in Tromsø harbour. Tenderers can choose to submit a tender for either only Bergen inner harbour, only Tromsø harbour, or for both alternatives. It is important that the tenderer's tender clearly states which parts of the contract the tender is for. Tenderers must submit a tender for the correct sub-contract/framework agreement, and submit two tenders if they have a tender for both sub-contracts/framework agreements. Lot 1: Framework agreement 1: Service and maintenance work on the Institute of Marine Research’s vessels in Bergen inner harbour. Relevant assignments included in the framework agreement: - Welding - Plumbing - Cleaning of coolers. - Regular shipyard work such as inspection, service, repairs, maintenance, upgrading and modification of equipment on the Institute of Marine Research’s various vessels. - Service and maintenance of equipment that is not included in other framework agreements and/or work on special equipment that requires special technical expertise. The framework agreement does not include mechanical work that is done on the vessels during planned maintenance assignments at shipyards or equipment that is subject to separate service agreements.
