Cheshire East Council sought to appoint providers for the delivery of the Healthy Young Minds (HYM) service. The service aims are to offer secure, sustainable support to all children and young people who may need help or advice in order to achieve good emotional wellbeing. The service will bring together colleagues from early years, education, health and the voluntary sector to support children, families and professionals, in Cheshire East, in their efforts to improve mental health outcomes. Lot 1: Therapeutic Intervention Delivery – North Lot 1 Therapeutic Intervention Delivery – North (Macclesfield N & S, Wilmslow & Knutsford) The service includes children, young people aged 0-19 (up to 25 for SEND) and their families who reside or attend school in borough of Cheshire East. The service delivery model encompasses: • Direct delivery of therapeutic interventions • Support for schools to implement evidence-based tools and resources • Infrastructure and alliance development • A simple, accessible referral pathway to support CYP and their families Lot 2: Therapeutic Intervention Delivery – Central Lot 2 Therapeutic Intervention Delivery – Central (Congleton, Sandbach, Alsager & Middlewich) The service includes children, young people aged 0-19 (up to 25 for SEND) and their families who reside or attend school in borough of Cheshire East. The service delivery model encompasses: • Direct delivery of therapeutic interventions • Support for schools to implement evidence-based tools and resources • Infrastructure and alliance development • A simple, accessible referral pathway to support CYP and their families Lot 3: Therapeutic Intervention Delivery – South Lot 3 Therapeutic Intervention Delivery – South (Crewe N & S, Nantwich & Rural) The service includes children, young people aged 0-19 (up to 25 for SEND) and their families who reside or attend school in borough of Cheshire East. The service delivery model encompasses: • Direct delivery of therapeutic interventions • Support for schools to implement evidence-based tools and resources • Infrastructure and alliance development • A simple, accessible referral pathway to support CYP and their families Lot 4: Infrastructure Development Lead – borough wide Lot 4 Infrastructure Development Lead – borough wide The service includes children, young people aged 0-19 (up to 25 for SEND) and their families who reside or attend school in borough of Cheshire East. The service delivery model encompasses: • Direct delivery of therapeutic interventions • Support for schools to implement evidence-based tools and resources • Infrastructure and alliance development • A simple, accessible referral pathway to support CYP and their families II.2.5)
