The Council is tendering for the provision of General Insurance, Risk Management and Claims Handling excluding Broker Services. The tender is split into 4 lots as follows Lot 1 — Property including claims handling Lot 2 — Combined Liability and fidelity guarantee including claims handling Lot 3 — Motor Fleet including claims handling Lot 4 — Engineering inspection and insurance including claims handling Lot 1: Lot 1 — Property including claims handling This Lot incorporates the following classes of business: ▪ Material Damage ▪ Business Interruption ▪ Contract Works ▪ Money ▪ Computers ▪ Specified All risks A quotation to include Terrorism Insurance via Pool Re is required. Lot 2: Lot 2 - General liability insurance services This Lot incorporates the following classes of business: ▪ Employers Liability ▪ Public Liability (including Libel and Slander) ▪ Officials Indemnity (including Land charges and Public Health Act) ▪ Professional Indemnity ▪ Fidelity Guarantee Lot 3: Lot 3 — Motor Fleet including claims handling This Lot incorporates the following classes of business: • Motor Fleet • Motor ULR Lot 4: Lot 4 — Engineering inspection and insurance including claims handling Lot 4 incorporates the following classes of business: ▪ Engineering Insurance ▪ Engineering Inspection (including playgrounds)
