This contract award notice is being issued in respect of a Light Touch Regime (“LTR”) tender process for the provision of Surrey Children’s Community Health services (the “CCH Services”). The contract will be for an initial period of 6 years with optional further extension provisions for an additional 2 years (8 years total). This procurement is governed by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) and the Procurement Patient Choice and Competition Regulations 2013 (PPCCR 2013). The Services required fall under Schedule 3 of PCR 2015. As a result, this procurement has been undertaken under the LTR as detailed in Regulations 74 to 76 of the PCR 2015. The Contracting Authorities are NHS Surrey Heartlands ICB (SHICB), NHS Frimley ICB, National Health Service England (South East) (“NHSE”) and Surrey County Council (SCC) (collectively known as the “Contracting Authorities”). The Contract is being awarded using a standard NHS contract, with standard terms and conditions and SHICB as the contract manager on behalf of all Contracting Authorities. Lot 1: This is a contract award notice for the provision of Surrey Children’s Community Health services (the “CCH Services”). The contract will be for an initial period of 6 years with optional further extension provisions for an additional 2 years (8 years total).
