DPS Security products

Description

The contracting authority invites tenderers to a restricted tender contest for the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system for ICT security products. The aim of establishing the system is to ensure simple, broad, and updated access to different ICT security products that are available in the market. There can be contest for the procurement, hire, and/or maintenance of security products, as well as any necessary implementation, training, etc. The system is intended to cover a need that was traditionally met by hardware and software licences, but which is expected to be solved by new delivery forms at an ever increasing greater degree. The system is split into five categories, with each being a separate DPS. See the uploaded qualification documentation for further details on the system. The documentation is joint for all five categories, but has only been uploaded under category 1 in the tender management tool. Lot 1: Category 1 - central security The following product areas/systems are included in the category: • Application firewall • Content control and threat management • User identification • Internet control and web filtration • Load balancing, proxy services, web application firewall, and app security • DDoS protection • Broadband reducing appliance, which can be integrated with the firewall • Network centric security systems • Remote access systems and 'Always-On' security • Secure access to external locations and external parties The qualification documentation is joint for all five categories, but has only been uploaded under category 1 in the tender management tool. Lot 2: Category 2 - identity and authentication The following product areas/systems are included in the category: • Identity systems • Authentication systems (except systems for authentication of users on cabled and wireless networks) • Federation systems • Secure integration systems The qualification documentation is joint for all five categories, but has only been uploaded under category 1 in the tender management tool. Lot 3: Category 3 - discover The following product areas/systems are included in the category: • Log collection • SIEM service with reports and follow-up of events The qualification documentation is joint for all five categories, but has only been uploaded under category 1 in the tender management tool. Lot 4: Category 4 - unit control, cloud, and email The following product areas/systems are included in the category: • Enterprise mobile management. • End point security • IoT security • Cloud security, including, for example, web application firewall, container security, and API security • Email security The qualification documentation is joint for all five categories, but has only been uploaded under category 1 in the tender management tool. Lot 5: Category 5 - maintenance and control The following product areas/systems are included in the category: • Tool for optimisation, compliance, and audit • Tool for information security, personal protection, and stand-by • Tool for awareness The qualification documentation is joint for all five categories, but has only been uploaded under category 1 in the tender management tool.
