Description

Aalborg Renovation udbyder indkøb af grønne poser til madaffald. Udbuddet gennemføres efter proceduren offentligt udbud i henhold til reglerne i udbudslovens §§ 56 og 57 (Lov nr. 10 af 06. januar 2023, der gennemfører Europa-Parlamentets og Rådets direktiv 2014/24/EU af 26. februar 2014 om offentlige udbud). Lot 1: Rammeaftalen omfatter indkøb af grønne affaldsposer til madaffald til Aalborg Renovation. Affaldsposerne er til brug for borgernes sortering af madaffald. Udbuddet opdeles ikke i delaftaler, da Ordregiver med én Rammeaftale ønsker at udbyde en attraktiv aftale og samtidig gøre kontraktstyringen smidig for Ordregivers egen organisation. Ordregiver gør opmærksom på at første leverance i henhold til Rammeaftalen skal leveres senest i uge 12 i 2024. Værdien i II.1.5 er den anslåede samlede værdi. Værdien i II.2.6 er den samlede maksimum værdi.
