Lieferung einer Belackungs- und Entwicklungsstation für hochauflösende optische Lithografie Lot 1: Ausgeschrieben wird eine halbautomatische Belackungs- und Entwicklungsstation für hochauflösende optische Lithografie, welche die Prozesse Haftvermittlung/Oberflächenaktivierung im Vakuum, Spin-Coating, Ausheizen, Entwickeln und Spray-Coating von Fotolacken umfasst. Diese Anlage muss die Möglichkeit bieten, diverse fotolithografische Prozesse, als typischerweise ersten Schritt für alle Arten von Anwendungen, für vielfältige wissenschaftliche Ansprüche durchzuführen. Dabei sollen nicht nur die Grundfunktionen dem aktuellen Stand der Technik entsprechen, es müssen auch besondere Ansprüche an die Flexibilität bezüglich der eingesetzten Materialien/Techniken (z.B.: auswechselbare Zu- und Ableitungsgefäße, Möglichkeit der vollständigen Reinigung, mögliche Erweiterungen etc.), sowie den erhöhten Sicherheitsnotwendigkeiten (geschlossene Systeme, Absaugungen, Sensoren zur Füllstandsüberwachung) beachtet werden.
