Provision of School Meals Service to City of Dublin ETB Community National School

Description

City of Dublin wishes to establish a Contract for the provision of School Meals Service to South City Community National School in Dublin and invites suitable qualified economic operators to submit their proposals for the provision of these services. As the subject matter of this competition is categorised as a Title III Service subject to a light touch application of Directive 2014/24/EU, under Art. 74, a single-stage competitive procedure with negotiation is being used. The contract, when awarded, will be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for up to three (3) further periods of 12 months each making a possible maximum contract period of five (5) years.
