The procurement concerns a framework agreement for cleaning, plastic and paper products. Exceptions from the framework agreement are - companies that have such a small need that the number of products in the smallest sales packaging is too large to purchase. - cleaning products under operational contracts for cleaning the municipality's buildings. Cleaning of 50% or approx. 170,000 m2 of the municipality's buildings are cleaned under separate operational contracts. - cleaning chemicals for Drammensbadet KF. Drammensbadet KF has a separate agreement for cleaning chemicals and protective equipment. Lot 1: Background Drammen Municipality's ambitions regarding the change to green living. Drammen has ambitions to be Norway's greenest municipality - a circular and climate robust low emission society where it is natural to choose to be environmentally friendly. Measures will be started connected to reduced consumption, increased reuse, and recycling. The impact on the environment will be reduced through the use of products with environmental labels, less waste, and environmentally friendly goods deliveries. The products under this framework agreement are consumables that impact the environment in the form of , amongst other things, a lot of transport and waste. Drammen Municipality would therefore like to cooperate with a tenderer that focuses on reducing the impact on the climate and environment caused by the procurement. The regional project - goods logistics in the E18 West Corridor. Drammen Municipality participates in the regional project - goods logistics in the E18 West Corridor. The aim of the project is to test and develop innovative and sustainable solutions for goods logistics along the E18 West Corridor. The solutions will also contribute to national climate goals being reached, and will reduce transport costs through better use of capacity, more use of ICT, and the development of new logistics systems. The VIV project is a cooperation project between Asker, Bærum, Drammen, and Oslo Municipalities, as well as the Norwegian Public Roads Administration and Viken County. The contracting authority would like to cooperate with a tenderer in order to find solutions that reduce the number of goods transportations in the municipality.
