Næstved Havn (herefter "Ordregiver") ønsker at indkøbe en materialehåndteringsmaskine til brug for Ordregivers aktiviteter på havnen. Den udbudte kontrakt omfatter: i) materialehåndteringsmaskine og uddannelse af Ordregivers personale i brug af materialehåndteringsmaskinen, samt ii) serviceaftale. Lot 1: Næstved Havn (herefter "Ordregiver") ønsker at indkøbe en materialehåndteringsmaskine til brug for Ordregivers aktiviteter på havnen. Den udbudte kontrakt omfatter: i) materialehåndteringsmaskine og uddannelse af Ordregivers personale i brug af materialehåndteringsmaskinen, samt ii) serviceaftale. Kravspecifikationen afspejler Ordregivers krav (og enkelte ønsker) til leverancen. Kravene er stillet på udbudstidspunktet baseret på Ordregivers viden om egne behov og de på markedet tilgængelige løsninger. Ordregiver betragter ingen af kravene som mindstekrav og forbeholder sig derfor at ændre på kravene undervejs i udbudsprocessen, hvis der måtte opstå behov herfor. Det bemærkes, at den varighed der er oplyst i pkt. II.2.7) er udtryk for den 10 års serviceaftale, som indgår i den evalueringstekniske pris. Ordregiver forpligter sig ikke til at opretholde serviceaftalen i (mindst) 10 år. Serviceaftalen skal være fortløbende (uden slutdato), men med mulighed for, at Ordregiver kan opsige aftalen med 1 måneds varsel.
