Architectural Services relating to proposed Social Enterprise and Well-Being Centre Architectural services to design and take role as lead consultant on a proposed social enterprise and well being centre at Castlemilk Nursery site, Glasgow. The proposed development is running in tandem with a housing development. Land for both is being purchased as one from Glasgow City Council and coordination required for statutory approvals (e.g. RCC), PUs and infrastructure. Architect for housing project has been procured via the Link Group Framework. Proposal is now to employ the same architectural firm for the SEWC to ensure coordination.
