Forth Housing Association wish to set up a framework for trades contractors to carry out day to day reactive and void repairs works within their existing properties. This framework will be split into the following lots:- Lot 1 - Joinery Lot 2 - Plumber Lot 3 - Electrician Lot 4 - Painter Lot 5 - Builder Lot 6 - Cleaning Lot 7 - Roofer Lot 8 - Labourer Lot 9 - Blacksmith Lot 10 - Out of Hours Emergency Repairs (Multi-Trade) Estimated values of works are based on the full 4 year framework and value of works are not guaranteed. Lot 1: FHA Lot 1 - Joinery Forth Housing Association Ltd intend to enter into Contract with a maximum of 3 Contractors per Lot. The two tenders providing the Most Economical Advantage will be the preferred Contractors over the term of the Contract who shall equally share the works. In the event these Contractors are unable to carry out the works the 3rd Contractor shall be called upon. The Contract duration is 4 years. The exact requirements are set out in the contract documents attached to this notice. Contractors will be required to hold the relevant professional certificates including waste carrier licences, etc. Lot 2: FHA Lot 2 - Plumber Forth Housing Association Ltd intend to enter into Contract with a maximum of 3 Contractors per Lot. The two tenders providing the Most Economical Advantage will be the preferred Contractors over the term of the Contract who shall equally share the works. In the event these Contractors are unable to carry out the works the 3rd Contractor shall be called upon. The Contract duration is 4 years. The exact requirements are set out in the contract documents attached to this notice. Suppliers will be required to hold the relevant plumber professional certificates including qualified for domestic hot water cylinders, legionella, waste carriers licences, etc. Lot 3: FHA Lot 3 - Electrician Forth Housing Association Ltd intend to enter into Contract with a maximum of 3 Contractors per Lot. The two tenders providing the Most Economical Advantage will be the preferred Contractors over the term of the Contract who shall equally share the works. In the event these Contractors are unable to carry out the works the 3rd Contractor shall be called upon. The Contract duration is 4 years. The exact requirements are set out in the contract documents attached to this notice. Suppliers will be required to hold the relevant electrical professional certificates including waste carrier licences, etc. Lot 4: FHA Lot 4 - Painter Forth Housing Association Ltd intend to enter into Contract with a maximum of 3 Contractors per Lot. The two tenders providing the Most Economical Advantage will be the preferred Contractors over the term of the Contract who shall equally share the works. In the event these Contractors are unable to carry out the works the 3rd Contractor shall be called upon. The Contract duration is 4 years. Suppliers will be required to hold the relevant professional certificates including waste carrier licences, etc. Lot 6: FHA Lot 6 - Cleaning (Fire / Flood / Needle Sweep / Voids) Forth Housing Association Ltd intend to enter into Contract with a maximum of 3 Contractors per Lot. The two tenders providing the Most Economical Advantage will be the preferred Contractors over the term of the Contract who shall equally share the works. In the event these Contractors are unable to carry out the works the 3rd Contractor shall be called upon. The Contract duration is 4 years. Suppliers will be required to hold the relevant professional certificates including waste carriers licences, etc. Lot 7: FHA Lot 7 - Roofer Forth Housing Association Ltd intend to enter into Contract with a maximum of 3 Contractors per Lot. In the event these Contractors are unable to carry out the works the 3rd Contractor shall be called upon. The Contract duration is 4 years. Suppliers will be required to hold the relevant professional certificates including waste carriers licences, etc. Lot 8: FHA Lot 8 - Labourer Forth Housing Association Ltd intend to enter into Contract with a maximum of 2 Contractors for this Lot. The tender providing the Most Economical Advantage will be the preferred Contractor over the term of the Contract. In the event the above Contractor is unable to carry out the works then the 2nd Contractor shall be called upon. The Contract duration is 4 years. The exact requirements are set out in the contract documents attached to this notice. Suppliers will be required to hold the relevant professional certificates including waste carriers licences, etc. Lot 10: FHA Lot 10 - Out of Hours Emergency Repairs (Multi-Trade Contractor) Forth Housing Association Ltd intend to enter into Contract with 1nr Contractor for this Lot. The tender providing the Most Economical Advantage will be the preferred Contractor over the term of the Contract. The Contract duration is 4 years. The exact requirements are set out in the contract documents attached to this notice. Suppliers will be required to hold the relevant professional certificates including waste carriers licences, etc.
