Betreuung von Veranstaltungsräumen, Sitzungssälen und Studios mit Kapazitäten zwischen 25 und 600 Personen beim Bayerischen Rundfunk im einem Zeitraum vom 01.10.2021 bis 31.12.2024. Lot 1: Die Räume werden in unterschiedlichen Ausprägungen für Konferenzen, Sitzungen, Produktionen des Hörfunks und Fernsehens sowie öffentliche Veranstaltungen wie Konzerte, Preisverleihungen und Festivals genutzt. Durch das Location Management sollen folgende Räume betreut werden: - Haus 5 - Studio 1 und 2 sowie das zugehörige Palisanderfoyer Foyer als Pausen- / Empfangsraum für die Studios, - Haus 4 - großer und kleiner Sitzungssaal sowie das zugehörige Foyer Sitzungssäle als Pausen- / Empfangsraum für beide Säle, - Haus 8 - Veranstaltungssaal Hochhaus und das zugehörige Foyer als Pausen- / Empfangsraum für den Saal. Alle Räume verfügen über eine technische Grundausstattung entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsprioritäten. Mit dieser Ausstattung kann der Großteil der Veranstaltungen ausgeführt werden. Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Dienstleistungsvertrags mit einem Auftragnehmer für den Betrieb der übergebenen Räume und sowie die technische Vorbereitung, Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen des Auftraggebers.
