Description

This tender is to establish a multi supplier framework agreement which will provide a comprehensive range of products suitable for use in Acute and Community settings, this may include the provision of hospital ward beds, specialist beds, low beds, maternity beds, foam, dynamic, fluid simulating and air fluidised mattresses, hybrid mattresses, cushions, chairs, and other products that can be properly described as pressure relieving equipment. The scope of the framework will also include a range of services which will include delivery, collection, decontamination, repair, maintenance, PPM, managed service, training, education, audit and clinical/technical support. Duration of the framework will be 4 years maximum (3 years initial period with the option of extending for 1 period of 12 months) The product/service offering in Lots 1 to 10 will be a multi supplier Framework Agreement with Tiered Pricing via Direct Award with options for competed services where required. Lot 1: Medical Beds & Associated Services The objective of Lot 1 is to award a multi-supplier based framework for the supply of medical beds, including 4 section electric profiling beds, community beds, low height beds, floor level beds, paediatric beds, birthing beds, cots, and cribs. Repair and maintenance services, decontamination for the products within this lot and a managed service will also be included. The Framework Agreement will also include training and clinical support for implementation and through the lifetime of the contract. TERMS AND CONDITIONS / ACTIVITY BASED INCOME (ABI). The terms and conditions of this Framework Agreement and any resulting Call-Off contract is appended to the ITT. Products within this Lot includes hospital beds, community beds, pressure redistributing mattresses, pressure relieving chairs, and cushions. Decontamination, and repair and maintenance services applicable to products within this Lot and managed service will also be included.
