Contractor is needed to research on how to retrofit historic buildings within the Hamilton Square Conservation Area to help achieve the net zero carbon target. A Contractor is needed to determine the best way to retrofit these listed buildings, how to make them more energy efficient while minimising harm to preserve their architectural and historical features. It is necessary to understand the best options and the cost of the potential works as this will enable the Council to obtain further grants through different resources to convert the research into capital projects.
