Der Auftraggeber benötigt Unterstützung bei bei der Anforderungsdefinition, der Entwicklung und dem Test im Rahmen der agilen Neuentwicklung der Fachanwendung Justizverwaltungsportal (JVP) Lot 1: Bei der seit dem Jahr 2003 bestehenden und von der bayerischen Justiz eigenentwickel-ten Anwendung „Justizverwaltungsportal (JVP-Classic)“ handelt es sich um eine Altan-wendung, die in erster Linie ein Betriebs- und Statistikprogramm darstellt, welches sich aktuell in den nachfolgend aufgelisteten Bundesländern im Einsatz befindet. Die ausgeschriebenen Unterstützungsleistungen bestehen insbesondere aus der Definition und Konzeption der Anforderungen, Entwicklung der User Storys, Test der entwickelten Software, Testautomation und Optimierung des agilen Prozesses.
