Description

The authority is looking to provide a new 200 place Special Education Needs (SEN) secondary school on the identified area (see attached plan). As part of the work the successful Consultant will be required under an NEC 4 PSC Option A contract, to undertake an options appraisal, with a view to undertake a full RIBA assessment and feasibility of the site, that will provide the best economically viable solution for the pupils, school, and the authority. A comprehensive feasibility will be required to identify what facilities will be needed for the new school. The London Borough of Bromley and (when appointed post feasibility) the school/trust would require input into the design proposals.
