Joseph Chamberlain College are seeking to pre-qualify a number of bidders for their anticipated refurbishment and alteration projects in Birmingham for works due to complete by September 2024. Initially these discrete projects include the alteration and remodelling of the existing sports centre, refurbishment of classrooms, replacement of lighting installations, remodelling of WCs, remodelling of library, external decorations. Lot 5: Refurbishment Works to Orchard House Refurbishment of Classrooms, WCs and Communal Areas of Orchard House Lot 1: Alterations and Refurbishment of Sports Hall to Create Teaching Accommodation Design and Build contract for the alteration and refurbishment of existing sports hall ancillary accommodation to create new flexible teaching space Lot 2: Refurbishment Works to Classrooms Refurbishment of Classrooms within the College, including finishes and lighting replacements Lot 3: Remodelling and Refurbishment of Library Remodelling, refurbishment and fit out of existing Library at First Floor Lot 4: External Decoration of College Specialist spray coatings to exterior façade elevations; aluminium PPC elements Lot 6: Sundry College Refurbishment Projects Internal Refurbishment and Alteration Projects between 100000GBP and 500000GBP in value
