Dear Supplier, We would like to notify you of a set of potential upcoming requirements, and by doing so we are keen to understand where the market stands in terms of our requirements below. This Request for Information (RFI) seeks information relating to two separate, but complementary, Lots: 1. build a Short Straits Traffic Digital Twin (covering all key UK public routes and their dependencies); and 2. agile delivery of an alpha phase to prototype a technology-based traffic management system in Kent for HGVs travelling outbound via the Short Straits. Suppliers are welcome to apply for one or both Lots, but applications will be treated and assessed separately. Those who respond to this RFI will subsequently be invited to our supplier day which will be held WC 13th January 2025 at our London office in Great Minster House (TBC)
