Lot 1: Weiterentwicklung SBK Intranet- und Collaboration-Lösung (Mitarbeiterportal/MAP) Vertrag für den Betrieb, die Weiterentwicklung und die Beratung zum SBK-Intranet, dem sog. Mitarbeiterportal (kurz: MAP). Das MAP ist die interne Informations- und Austauschplattform für die Mitarbeiter der SBK – formell in Bezug auf Daten und Informationen, informell bezogen auf Meinungen und Ideen. Aktuell ist das MAP primär als Wiki konzipiert, alle Mitarbeiter stellen dort selbstständig ihr Wissen und ihre Themen ein und machen es für alle Kollegen transparent. Neuigkeiten werden primär über diese Plattform kommuniziert. Feedback über diese Plattform eingefordert und eingesammelt. Im Wesentlichen erfüllt es drei Funktionen: Information, Nachschlagewerk und fachlicher Austausch.
