Limitation: The consultancy services related to building and construction works as well as ICT are not included in the procurement scheme's area of application. The reason for this is that the municipality has separate framework agreements for these areas. Other framework agreements for consultancy services may also be included. Such services are not published in the scheme New suppliers can continually qualify for participation in the scheme. Only qualified suppliers will have access to the published competitions.
