Description

Provision of grounds maintenance services across various housing sites throughout Yorkshire. The majority of sites are within the Wakefield District however bidders must be able to service a number of Out of District site Further Information is available in the ITT documentation via ProContract. Term is an initial 60 months (5 years) with 2 x 24 month (2 year) options, subject to satisfactory performance and benchmarking by WDH, i.e. 108 months or 9 years possible in total to 18th January 2034 The procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge, at https://procontract.due-north.com/Register Additional information can be obtained from the above-mentioned address Tenders or requests to participate must be submitted electronically via https://procontract.due-north.com/Register
