The work comprises the routine cleaning, disinfecting and vacuuming of common close areas for a two-year period. The works will also include the cleaning of windows on a monthly and quarterly basis. There is also a requirement to pull-out and return wheelie bins weekly. Lot 1: The work comprises the routine cleaning, disinfecting and vacuuming of common close areas for a two-year period. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
