Library Book Scanning Equipment and Maintenance

Provision of multiple sets of library equipment ranging from RFID/Barcode handheld device scanners as well as two types of Book Return Bins/Kiosks, to be delivered and installed across multiple University Sites. Maintenance and Service cover across a four year period for the equipment once implemented. This was ran as a Mini-Competition under LOT 1 of the LIB1021 AP framework managed by the APUC. All suppliers under this lot were invited and the full process was followed as per the Buyers guide provided for this framework. After the process has been conducted and the standstill completed the relevant supplier was awarded and the apropriate APUC contract drafted and signed.
