la présente consultation concerne l'attribution d'un marché global sectoriel (Mgs), portant sur la conception, la construction, l'aménagement, l'entretien et la maintenance d'une blanchisserie inter hospitalière éco-responsable d'une capacité de 24 000 kg/jour à Carrières-Sous-Poissy (78)comprenant 3 périodes : La conception architecturale et technique, la construction du bâtiment et des matériels de production, l'entretien et la maintenance du bâtiment et des matériels de production en période de garanties. Le projet consiste en la construction d'environ 4900 mètres carrés de surface dans oeuvre (Sdo) sur 2 niveaux Lot 1: conception architecturale, fonctionnelle, ergonomique et technique des équipements de production et du bâtiment ;Construction d'un bâtiment industriel éco-responsable ;Intégration au bâtiment d'un processus de traitement industriel du linge en capacité de traiter 24 t / jour sur une amplitude horaire de fonctionnement d'environ 10h30 ;Aménagement des abords immédiats en rapport avec l'activité (desserte, cour logistique, réseaux et système de traitement des effluents) ;Aménagement des espaces de stationnement (stationnement vl | 58 places et stationnement service transport | 14 Pl)
