Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Home Care Services

Pembrokeshire County Council is preparing to tender for the provision of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Home Care Services and is holding a pre tender briefing event prior to tendering this service. The event will provide an overview of the services we are seeking to procure & the procurement process with an opportunity to ask questions on matters relating to the tender. The Briefing Session will be via Microsoft Teams on Monday 3rd July 2023 from 13:00 - 14:00. We would encourage you to attend the event to obtain further information. The estimated total value included within this notice is based on a ten year DPS period. The estimated annual value is 10,190,563 GBP Lot 1: Pembrokeshire County Council is preparing to go out to tender for Home Care Services. The requirement of Home Care is to support individuals in Pembrokeshire who have been assessed as requiring a care package to independently remain living in their homes. The requirement includes supporting individuals to access locality networks to enable them to remain connected to their community. Service Providers will collaborate to maintain local and effective scheduling. This arrangement will impose the following special conditions: -pay those delivering home care a minimum of 11.50 GBP per hour for all time on a shift basis -pay those delivering home care using their own vehicle a minimum of and 45 pence per mile. This arrangement also includes set rates paid to providers.
