Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Verhandlung zu einem Vertrag gem. § 140a SGB V zur Erbringung von ärztlichen Leistungen im Fachgebiet Hals-Nasen-Ohrenheilkunde (HNO) für Versicherte der AOK Baden-Württemberg, die an der hausarztzentrierten Versorgung gem. § 73b SGB V und dem AOK-FacharztProgramm teilnehmen. Versorgungsgebiet ist das Bundesland Baden-Württemberg. Angestrebt wird ein Vertrag ab dem 1.10.2019 mit unbefristeter Laufzeit, mindestens jedoch 4 Jahre. Das gewählte Vergabeverfahren (kasseneigenes Verhandlungsverfahren) basiert auf den besonderen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des § 69 Abs. 4 SGB V. Das Nähere zum Inhalt ergibt sich aus den Vergabeunterlagen. Ausgeschrieben wird eine Verhandlung zu einem Vertrag gem. § 140a SGB V zur Erbringung von ärztlichen Leistungen im Fachgebiet der Hals-Nasen-Ohrenheilkunde (HNO).
