Framework agreement for sports and outdoor equipment for sixth form colleges

Description

The procurement is for the delivery of sports equipment with hiking and outdoor equipment as an option for sixth form colleges in Vestfold and Telemark Counties. The contracting authority will also have a 4 year inspection, service and maintenance contract per location for all sports equipment. The inspection, service and maintenance contract for sports equipment will be valid from the delivery date. The intention of the inspection, service and maintenance contract is to ensure that all sports equipment for sixth form colleges is always of a satisfactory standard and that it complies with safety regulations. The total estimated value of the contract: NOK 5,300,000. The framework agreement will have a duration of 2 years, with an option for 2 years, with 1 year at a time. Lot 1: Group 1: Group 1: General sports equipment with an option for outdoor equipment for Vestfold The contract concerns the delivery of general sports equipment for gymnasiums and sports halls for sixth form colleges in Vestfold County. The option also concerns hiking and outdoor equipment for the sexth form colleges in Vestfold County. Lot 2: Group 1: General sports equipment with an option for outdoor equipment for Telemark The contract concerns the delivery of general sports equipment for gymnasiums and sports halls for sixth form colleges in Telemark County. The option also concerns hiking and outdoor equipment for the sixth form colleges in Telemark County. Lot 3: Group 2: Large loose and fixed sports equipment with an inspection, service and maintenance for Vestfold The contract concerns the delivery of large, loos and fixed sports equipment for gymnasiums and sports halls for sixth form colleges in Vestfold. The contract also concerns the delivery of inspection, service and maintenance of all movable, loose and fixed sports equipment in the Contracting Authority's gymnasiums, sports halls and outdoor sports equipment. Lot 4: Group 2: Large loose and fixed sports equipment with an inspection, service and maintenance for Telemark The contract concerns the delivery of large, loos and fixed sports equipment for gymnasiums and sports halls for sixth form colleges in Telemark. The contract also concerns the delivery of inspection, service and maintenance of all movable, loose and fixed sports equipment in the Contracting Authority's gymnasiums, sports halls and outdoor sports equipment.
