Leistungsgegenstand ist ein Vertrag nach § 140a SGB V (besondere Versorgung) für Versicherte der Vertragspartnerin im gesamten Bundesgebiet im Bereich Bildgesteuerte Schmerztherapie im Wirbelsäulenbereich. Lot 1: Leistungsgegenstand ist ein Vertrag nach § 140a SGB V (besondere Versorgung) für Versicherte der Vertragspartnerin im gesamten Bundesgebiet. Der Versorgungsauftrag umfasst die Behandlung von Versicherten mittels einer unter Bildsteuerung durchgeführten ambulanten minimalinvasiven Schmerztherapie direkt am Ort der Schmerzentstehung. Die Versorgung der Versicherten erfolgt dabei bedarfsabhängig, sodass die Therapie flexibel und individuell an die Anforderungen des jeweiligen Behandlungsfalls angepasst wird. Durch den Vertrag soll zudem die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit zwischen den verschiedenen fachärztlichen Leistungserbringern gestärkt werden, weshalb eine qualifizierte prä- und postinterventionelle Betreuung der Versicherten expliziter Leistungsbestandteil des Vertrages ist.
