Replacement system solution in support of Harwich Haven Authority's Vessel Traffic Service (VTS) and supporting services

The requirement is for the provision of a systems and technology solution in support of Harwich Haven Authority's Vessel Traffic Services operation, incorporating pilotage and other support services. The successful solution will comply with industry standards, include a robust support and maintenance contract, with a demonstrable focus on client engagement and a user community approach. Lot 1: This PIN is to advise the market of Harwich Haven Authority's intention to conduct a tender process to replace systems supporting their Vessel Traffic Services (VTS) operation. The functions to be supported include, but are not limited to, radar vessel tracking, movement processing, pilot tasking and scheduling, vessel database maintenance, PEC support and tariff management. It is the preference of the contracting authority to source a modular solution through a contract agreement with a single provider. Potential providers will be invited to complete a Pre-qualification Questionnaire. Following this process successful providers will be invited to take part in the Invitation to Tender stage.
