The States of Guernsey is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a number of Property Minor Capital Works and Hard and Soft Facilities Management Services. The purpose of this framework is to provide a contractual document to facilitate the procurement of quality and value for money services and products to meet the requirements of the various States of Guernsey departments. This framework covers Property Minor Capital Works and Hard and Soft Facilities Management Services to all of the States of Guernsey departments, this includes, but not limited to; • States Property Unit (SPU) • Health and Social Care (HSC) including The Princess Elizabeth Hospital • Education, Sports and Culture (ESC) • Employment and Social Security (ESS) • Environment and Infrastructure (E&I) • Home Affairs • Law Officers • Policy and Resources (P&R) • Royal Courts • States Trading Supervisory Board (STSB)
