Matlock Fire Station New Build

Published

Description

Demolition of existing fire station and associated tower and outbuildings. Construction of a new 2-storey station building with attached 2 double bay vehicle garage with a total floor area of approximately 900m², ancillary smoke training building, associated external works and car parking. Bidders should note that during the contract the fire crews will be relocated off site in temporary leased accommodation for a fixed term period. This will require the selected bidder to ensure that the project programme is maintained to time to avoid the client incurring additional lease costs, should the contract period be exceeded without good reason.
