NHS Shared Business Services act in an Agency capacity for and on behalf of its customers (Approved Organisations) - existing and new. These comprise of NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other public or private sector bodies which NHS SBS authorises to use the resulting Framework/Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) has put in place a Framework Agreement for the provision of Consultancy and Advisory Services for Health and related Services for Healthcare to be used by NHS SBS Approved Organisations. Our Approved Organisation list can be found on:   https://www.sbs.nhs.uk/services/framework-agreements-categories/ The framework includes: Lot 1 - Business, Leadership, Management, Governance, Structure & Strategy Lot 2 - Integrated Care, Healthcare & Community care Lot 3 - Commercialisation, Innovation & Transformation Lot 4 - Communications, Engagement & Research Lot 5 - IT Business Consultancy Lot 6 - Finance and Procurement Lot 7 - HR and Employment, Skills, and Training Lot 8 - Disease Outbreaks - Endemics, Epidemics and Pandemics Lot 9 - Social Value, Sustainability, and Carbon Neutrality Lot 10 - Property Lot 1: Business, Leadership, Management, Governance, Structure & Strategy Provision of specialist consultancy and advisory services related to the provision of support for the Healthcare Business Consultancy and leadership and management of organisations, including matters of corporate and organisational governance and strategy. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months. Lot 2: Integrated Care, Healthcare & Community care Provision of Specialist Consultancy services covering Integrated Care, Healthcare and Community Care to help and support the whole health economy through varied and wide-ranging support. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months. Lot 3: Commercialisation, Innovation & Transformation Provision of specialist consultancy and advisory services related to commercialisation, innovation, and transformation, with a key focus on healthcare experience. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months. Lot 4: Communications, Engagement & Research Provision of specialist consultancy and advisory services related to Communications, stakeholder engagement and research, with a key focus on healthcare experience. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months. Lot 5: IT Business Consultancy Provision of general consultancy and advice for ICT & Digital, including but not limited to consultancy services related to the use of data and information, including the review, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of activities and systems associated with IT and digital services. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months Lot 6: Finance and Procurement Provision of specialist consultancy and advisory services related to financial and procurement activities with a key focus on healthcare experience. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months Lot 7: HR and Employment, Skills, and Training Provision of specialist Consultancy and Advice on HR management, implementation and delivery of HR policies and programmes to support HR and Corporate strategies. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months. Lot 8: Disease Outbreaks - Endemics, Epidemics and Pandemics Provision of specialist Consultancy and Advice around Endemics, Epidemics, Pandemics, and other outbreaks. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months. Lot 9: Social Value, Sustainability, and Carbon Neutrality Provision of specialist Consultancy and Advice for Social Value, Sustainability, Energy and Carbon Neutrality, with a key focus on healthcare experience.
