Description
Persons who have a stroke experience that the transition between the levels in the health service have a negative impact on their rehabilitation process. Many experience that their functions deteriorate and that it is difficult to maintain progression in their rehabilitation. The aim of the procurement is to procure a solution that ensures stroke patients' continuity in the rehabilitation process from treatment in an institution to follow-up at home. Lot 1: The innovation partnership gives possibilities to develop solutions for stroke patient needs through a cooperation between the public health service and businesses. The project has chosen to focus on the needs that stroke patients have in the rehabilitation when they receive services from both a hospital and municipalities over a long period of time. 'Solution' in this procurement means proposals for an idea or solution that is to be further developed in cooperation with the contracting authority. It can be a technological/digital solution or an interaction where technology plays a part. Solutions that can solve the need, but which do not involve technology, are also interesting for the project. Hereafter, for simplicity, the term 'solution' will be used for what will be developed. The value of the contract is allocated funds for the development process in the Innovation Partnership Agreement. The final value of a fully developed system is defined after the development process and impossible to define at present. Maximum costs are defined in the Innovation Partnership Agreement.
