Zur öffentlich rechtlichen Unterbringung von Flüchtlingen wurden auf dem Grundstück Notkestraße 25 temporäre Wohnunterkünfte in 2015-2016 errichtet, als Wohneinrichtungen in Form von Containermodulen. Der Standort wird vollständig zurückgebaut. Inhalt der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sind insbesondere die Rückbauleistungen der erdverlegten Leitungen /Anschlüsse. Fördern & Wohnen (F&W) gibt obdach- und wohnungslosen Menschen ein Dach über dem Kopf und hilft ihnen, wieder Fuß zu fassen. Auch Geflüchtete finden hier eine Bleibe auf Zeit. Für Menschen, die es auf dem Wohnungsmarkt besonders schwer haben, schafft F&W Wohnungen. Menschen mit Behinderung oder psychischer Erkrankung wohnen bei F&W und erleben Teilhabe. F&W Fördern & Wohnen AöR ist ein Tochterunternehmen der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg. Mit 2.100 Mitarbeitenden ist es an über 200 Standorten für Menschen da.
