Description

Torbay Council and it’s wholly owned subsidiary company SWISCo, is conducting this re-procurement process to identify successful Temporary Agency Staff Providers who will be selected for a place on two new Framework Agreements for: • Lot 1 – Approved Temporary Agency Staff Providers; • Lot 2 – Approved Social Worker Agency Providers; In addition, there is also a requirement for: • Lot 3 – Approved Sole Temporary Agency Staff Provider for services required by SWISCo. The new and Contract for SWISCo commenced on 03 January 2024. The new Framework Agreements , commenced from 01 February 2024 onwards, following expiry of the existing Standing Lists arrangement. Lot 1: Lot 1 – Approved Temporary Agency Staff Providers New Framework Agreement for Lot 1 – Approved Temporary Agency Staff Providers. Lot 2: Lot 2 – Social Worker Agency Staff Providers New Framework Agreement for Lot 2 – Approved Social Worker Agency Providers. Lot 3: Lot 3 – Approved Sole Temporary Agency Staff Provider for services required by SWISCo. Contract for Lot 3 – Approved Sole Temporary Agency Staff Provider for services required by SWISCo.
