Which phase the project is in Not applicable Existing team There is no expectation for collaboration with other suppliers, but there may be a rare instance of needing to work with our ADMIRALTY distribution channel. This would be organised and facilitated. The main team the supplier would be working with at UKHO would be the User Research team. This team is headed by a Senior and there are three user Researchers. Each work alongside various teams and stakeholders to deliver research and will be expecting to have a close, pragmatic relationship with the supplier in recruiting users for their work. Where the supplied staff will work No specific location (for example they can work remotely) Who the organisation using the products or services is United Kingdom Hydrographic Office Why the work is being done The UKHO User Research function are looking to set up a user recruitment contract. This will allow User Researchers to define specific parameters, provide these to the agency. In return the agency will source users, gain agreement for participation, and provide contact details back to the User Researcher. This will allow User Researchers to ensure they have quantity of users they require in a timely manner, so that they can deliver high quality insights and user needs. User Researchers work at a fast pace and it is not until the project commences that they are able to define who the users are. This means requests will be made ad-hoc and require a short approx. minimum 2-week turn around.
