Scottish Canals are looking to develop feasibility designs (RIBA stage 0/1) to technical design using the RIBA Plan of Work process (RIBA stages 1-4) for the lots below Lot 1: TFW Visitor Centre Master Planning Options Lot 2: TFW Campervan Lot 3: TFW WC (Toilet) Improvements Lot 4: TFW New Port Downie Customer Facilities Lot 5: TFW Staff Welfare Facilities Phase 2 Lot 6: TFW Entrance and Ticket Office Lot 7: TFW Visitor Experience & Staff Facilities Lot 8: Falkirk Boat Hire Accommodation Lot 9: TFW Potential Additional Projects Lot 1: TFW Visitor Centre Master Planning Options This initial piece of option design work will revisit and explore opportunities for the development of TFW visitor centre and associated land. Lot 4: TFW New Port Downie Customer Facilities Scottish Canals are looking to develop feasibility designs (RIBA stage 0/1) to technical design (RIBA stage 4) for the The Falkirk Wheel (TFW) Staff Welfare Facilities. Lot 5: TFW Staff Welfare Facilities Phase 2 Scottish Canals are looking to develop feasibility designs (RIBA stage 0/1) to technical design (RIBA stage 4) for the TFW Campervan site, TFW visitor centre toilets, TFW visitor centre entrance area, TFW staff welfare facilities, TFW back wing extension and the Falkirk Boat Hire accommodation by appointing a multi-disciplinary design team. Lot 6: TFW Entrance and Ticket Office Scottish Canals are looking to develop feasibility designs (RIBA stage 0/1) to technical design (RIBA stage 4) for the TFW Entrance and Ticket Office. Lot 8: Falkirk Boat Hire Accommodation Scottish Canals are looking to develop feasibility designs (RIBA stage 0/1) to technical design (RIBA stage 4) for the Falkirk Boat Hire Accommodation .
